Presently before the court is defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint. Upon consideration of defendants' motion, the opposition thereto, and the record of this case, the court concludes that well-established principles of res judicata require that defendants' motion be granted. ORDERED that defendants' motion to dismiss is granted; and it is further ORDERED that the complaint is dismissed with prejudice.
