ORDER

After consultation with counsel for both parties, the evidentiary hearing on the timing of the restoration and production of non-ARMS e-mail is hereby scheduled to begin on July 13, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. The plaintiffs shall begin with Sheryl Hall and Betty Lambuth as their first two witnesses. The government's first two witnesses shall be Terrence Misich and Gregory Ekberg. The court will discuss at the outset of the hearing the appearance of other possible witnesses.

SO ORDERED.
