ORDER

THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the December 26, 2002 Rule 53 Objections of the Roche and BASF Defendants to the December 19, 2002 Report and Recommendations of the Special Master Respecting In Camera Review of Source Materials Underlying the Roche-BASF-Rhone Defendants' Rule 30(b)(6) Statements, and the Court having considered. the December 19, 2002 Report and Recommendations, the Rule 53 Objections thereto and plaintiffs' response to the Rule 53 Objections, as well as the previous briefings and representations of counsel in this matter;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the December 19, 2002 Report and Recommendations of the Special Master is AFFIRMED; and. it is further

ORDERED, that the Rule 53 Objections of the Roche and BASE defendants are DENIED; and. it is further

ORDERED, that the Roche and BASE defendants produce the Source Materials, redacted as set forth in the December 19, 2002 Report, within five (5) business days of this Order.
