("Premium"), that Premium has not moved to set aside such Default, that the requirements of 50 U.S.C. Appx § 520(1) have been met, and that Plaintiff has proven damages in the amount of $14,694.83, it is hereby

ORDERED, that the Motion for Default Judgment Against Premium Logistics, Inc. filed by Cumberland Casualty & Surety Company be and hereby is GRANTED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED, that Judgment by Default be and hereby is entered against Premium Logistics, Inc. in the amount of $14,694.83.
