ORDER

Pending before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) [Civ. No. 01-2646 docket H 26].

It is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall present oral arguments to the Court on that motion on Tuesday, May 20, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. Defendants shall proceed first and shall limit their argument to twenty (20) minutes. The Plaintiffs shall then have twenty (20) minutes to respond, and Defendants shall have ten (10) minutes to reply if necessary. It is further

ORDERED that a status hearing shall also occur at that time regarding the overall case as it applies to the parties who are not part of the Proposed Settlement Agreement which the Court preliminarily approved on April 11, 2003.
