STIPULATION AND ORDER
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Class Plaintiffs' Co-Lead Counsel and Counsel for defendants Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc. and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui Defendants") and defendants DuCoa, L.P, and DCV, Inc. ("DuCoa Defendants"), that:
(1) The time in which Class Plaintiffs shall have
to file their response to the Mitsui and DuCoa
Defendants' Motions for Extension of Time to
File Post-Trial Motions and for Stay of Entry
of Judgment, or in the Alternative, for Stay of
Execution of Judgment is extended to August 15,
(2) The time in which the Mitsui and DuCoa Defendants
shall have to file post-verdict motions for
judgment as a matter of law and, in the
alternative, motions for a new trial pursuant to
Fed.R.Civ.P. 50 or 59 is extended to August 15,
2003. Class Plaintiffs' responses to any Rule 50
or 59 motions are due on September 19, 2003. The
Mitsui and DuCoa Defendants' replies to Class
Plaintiffs' responses are due October 3, 2003.
(3) As stipulated by the parties on July 1 and 2,
2003, at such point when judgment is entered,
interest shall run from June 20, 2003.

(4) As stipulated by the parties on July 1 and 2,
2003, enforcement of a judgment is stayed
pending the disposition of any Fed.R.Civ.P.
50 or 59 motions filed by the Mitsui or DuCoa
