ORDER

This matter comes before the court upon the request of the government to reschedule the hearing on Mr. Hinckley's motion for for conditional release from November 3 to November 17 because of scheduling conflicts on the part of their experts. Mr. Hinckley opposes the government's request. Based upon the record in this case, it is this 22nd day of September, 2003.

ORDERED that the hearing on Mr. Hinckley's motion for limited conditional release currently set for November 3 is vacated; and it is

Further ORDERED that the hearing on Mr. Hinckley's motion for limited conditional release is rescheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m. on November 17, 2003, to last for three to four days.
