  ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for an Expedited Ruling on Plaintiff's Pending Motion to Compel, or in the Alternative, for a Protective Order to Stay Depositions Noticed to Take Place on January 22, 23, 26, and 27, 2004, and to Shorten the Time for Filing an Opposition and Reply [#33] is DENIED as moot.
