Upon consideration of [141] the motion of Conseil Alain Aboudaram, S.A. ("CAASA") to amend the complaint to conform to the evidence presented at trial, [142] the motion of Jacques de Groote ("de Groote") for judgment pursuant to FED. R. CIv. P. 50, and the entire record in this case, and for the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion issued on this date, it is hereby

ORDERED that CAASA's motion to amend the complaint is DENIED; and it is further

  ORDERED that de Groote's motion for judgment is GRANTED; and it is further

  ORDERED that judgment is entered for de Groote on CAASA's claims under the promissory notes.
