Upon consideration of defendant deGroote's motion for sanctions filed on June 3, 2004, and the entire record herein, and in light of the Memorandum Opinion and Order issued on this date, it is this 7th day of June, 2004, hereby
ORDERED that defendant's motion is denied without prejudice to renewal for failure to comply with Local Civil Rule 7(m); and it is further
ORDERED that counsel for defendant shall confer with counsel for plaintiff in a good-faith effort to resolve or narrow issues presented in the motion for sanctions, particularly in light of this Court's rulings in the Memorandum Opinion and Order issued on this date; and it is further
ORDERED that any renewed motion for sanctions shall be filed by not later than June 28, 2004, and shall include a description of the parties' discussions regarding the motion.
