ORDERED that the American Postal Workers Union's Application for Temporary Restraining Order and Motion for Preliminary Injunction [D.E. # 12] is granted. It is further

  ORDERED that the Defendant's Consolidated Motion to Dismiss and Opposition to Plaintiff's Petition to Compel Arbitration [D.E. # 11] is denied. It is further

  ORDERED that the dispute between the parties be submitted to arbitration prior to July 1, 2005.
