ORDER

For the reasons stated in the memorandum opinion, separatelyand contemporaneously issued, the motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part.

The motion is GRANTED as to Count I (Excessive Force/Police Brutality), Count III as brought by Ms. Hudson (Deprivation of Civil Rights, 42 U.S.C. § 1983), and the negligence component of Count IV (Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress).

  The motion is DENIED as to Count V (False Arrest — Imprisonment), without prejudice.

  SO ORDERED.
