ORDER

Upon consideration of the defendants' Proposed Redactions [3031] to the June 10, 2005 AM and June 10, 2005 PM transcripts of the Evidentiary Hearing currently being conducted by the Court; and upon finding them to be in part reasonable and in part unreasonable, it is hereby

ORDERED that those proposed redactions that the defendants conceded were unnecessary in open court are hereby REJECTED; and it is further

  ORDERED that the words redacted in the defendants' Proposed Redactions [3031], as modified by the Court, are hereby placed under seal; and it is further

  ORDERED that the words redacted in the defendants' Proposed Redactions [3031], as modified by the Court, shall be replaced with "[SEALED BY ORDER OF THE COURT]" in the versions of the June 10, 2005 AM and June 10, 2005 PM transcripts that are to be released to the public; and it is further

  ORDERED that the June 10, 2005 AM and June 10, 2005 PM transcripts are hereby approved, as herein modified, for public release. The redactions herein approved by the Court are reflected in the transcript pages attached hereto.

  SO ORDERED.
