The opinion of the court was delivered by: JOHN BATES, District Judge
Upon consideration of  defendants' notice of plaintiffs'
failure to comply with the Court's January 11, 2005 Order, 
plaintiffs' motion for a protective order, and the entire record
herein, and in light of the Court's June 30, 2005 Order
dismissing several of the claims in this case, it is this 1st
day of July, 2005, hereby
ORDERED that defendants shall file by not later than July 7,
2005, a notice listing each of the discovery requests to which
they believe the plaintiffs have provided an incomplete response, and that they believe are relevant to the remaining
claims in these cases;
ORDERED that plaintiffs shall file by not later than July 13,
2005, a response that explains, for each of the items listed in
defendants' notice, whether plaintiffs have provided a complete
response to the request, and how any failure to respond fully to
the request is consistent with this Court's January 11, 2005; and
it is further
ORDERED that a status conference will be held on July 15,
2005, at 9:00 a.m.
