For the reasons set forth in the accompanying memorandum opinion, defendant's motion for judgment of affirmance which is treated as a motion for summary judgment  is GRANTED.
Plaintiff's motion for leave to file excess pages  and motions for extension of time to file [17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28] are GRANTED nunc pro tunc.
It is further ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to reverse the transcript of the entire record  and plaintiff's motion to strike  are DENIED. Plaintiff's motion to strike the answer to complaint  is also DENIED, and plaintiff's motion  to order defendant to serve a copy of defendant's motion for relief re: supplemental memorandum is DENIED as moot.
Judgment is hereby entered dismissing this case with prejudice.
