REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

Defendant, his counsel, his assigned U.S. Probation Officer and an Assistant United States Attorney appeared before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge on July 7, 2005 for the conclusion of the hearings with respect to Defendant's violations of his conditions of supervised release. See July 23, October 13 and December 7, 2004, and January 11 and July 7, 2005 ECF entries. On July 7, 2005, Defendant conceded each of the nine alleged Grade C violations.[fn*]
