Torjman v. Federal Bureau of Investigation

July 20, 2010

MIREILLE TORJMAN, PLAINTIFF,
v.
FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, ET AL., DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: John D. Bates United States District Judge

MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on its initial review of plaintiff's pro se complaint. Like the first case, the second complaint ("Torjman II") alleges that the United States government is using various forms of "mind control" on her, including "synthetic telepathy," "psychotronics," and other forms of surveillance, and seeks unspecified damages and injunctive relief against several federal agencies. Torjman II Compl. at 1-7, 15-30.*fn1
